There were quite a few posters for American Psycho issued worldwide, but this Japanese one is my favorite. It distills the essence of the movie perfectly, conveying a horror theme within the context of a pristine yuppie sensibility. The stark black and white mimimalism of Patrick Bateman's business card is used, but accented with a stylish blood-red streak as Christian Bale drags a full body bag out of frame.
Its not often that a horror poster uses white as its main color ... and rarely to such great effect.
