Title roughly translates as "Cold-blooded serial killer", which explains why that young lady is being carted off to the bamboo grove. Not so sure what the naked woman sleeping on his eyelid is all about though.
Anyone seen this film ?
The lady in his eye represents how he can not get the crazed fruit of sex with beautiful women out of his mind, thus leading to his serial killing.
